Beautiful place with everything we needed. Comfy beds and a great location.

We loved that it was right in the middle of tour and close to our destination, Hobbiton.

Very comfortable and warm house close to the town centre and only 15mins from Hobbiton. Bed was comfortable.

Amazing property right near town and a short drive to Hobbiton. Only stayed one night but would absolutely come back for a longer stay.
