Convenient location, easy access. Very clean and tidy

Need couple of mixing bowls in kitchen, maybe another tea towel.

Everything in this property is of high standards, from facility to cleanliness to kindness of staff. There are 3 bedrooms and the beds are so comfy.

It was handy to Matamata and town shops and restaurants. Lounge area comfortable, and we were able to access Netflix

A bit noisy with trucks and the next door shops door bell.

Very central, clean and lovely accommodation. Am likely to stay again if returning to that location.

The trucks going past do shake the house and the dairy next door has a bell (it rings 4 times) every time someone walks in or out. You get used to the trucks and the dairy shuts pretty early.

We had a very pleasant stay. The home was clean and tidy with everything we could want to make us comfort and relaxed. Easy walk to shops down main Street. Thankyou so much.

Being on the main road had advantages but the house did vibrate a little as the heavy trucks passed. Didn’t bother us too much and would not stop me from booking this property again.

Tidy comfortable convenient home. Enjoyed the fact it felt like a home away from home and look forward to returning again.

Could have done with a rail to help get up the stairs and possibly one in the bathroom/shower for older less mobile people. Some traffic and diary noise but knew this would be a factor. Also didn’t like the jug with the lid popping open every time we boiled it.
