Gorgeous 2 bed, city apartment

Very clean with comfortable beds, good location, in a quiet street a stone’s throw from Arthers Seat

The only thing I would say is that the windows need cleaning they are filthy

We loved the location. It is just next to the beautiful Hollyrood park and at the same time five minutes away from the city centre. It was quiet and it has all the basic things one needs.

The furniture was a bit shabby, and the children's bed was so so.

Great location near bus stops, very quiet with a view of the backyard garden for relaxation. 50m away through a small walkthrough you'll discover a huge park that will excite you! Very well equipped apartment with a washing machine, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Easy access from the city center in 10'. Big shopping mall right next to the bus stop for all the necessary.

Everything that we needed was there and the location near bus stop (5 minutes walk) excellent. Also walking distance from the Royal Mile.

Entrance to the building need some cleaning. Don't think anyone swept the stairs in the last month.

We were climbing Arthur’s seat so the location was good for that. The property was clean

The beds were really uncomfortable. The flat is kitted out in a very basic way. So no frills. The bunk beds are really wobbly It reminded me of a student flat. It served the purpose for us but I wouldn’t return.

The bunker beds can only sleep infant children as it was very unstable and squeaky
