GBGBBreakfast was lovely on the day we had one.room was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Couple of miner things, wife said it could do with a mirror in the room and hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom.
GBRoom was lovely and more than I expected. Felt like someone had gone above and beyond to make it comfortable
Loud whiring noise outside our window from presumably a fridge or something, I understand why it's there and can't be moved but obviously it's a bit annoying.

GBLocation was brilliant for us, we were up from Southampton for a family wedding.
Didn't like the sewage smell in room 4, but luckily room 5 was free and we were able to swap rooms. Staff sorted it all out very quickly.
GBLovely old inn type place. Room was nice with good shower. Lovely beer garden around the back Food in the restaurant was also very good
A little pricey
GBThe place itself its a 10/10, the bathroom had this not so good smell in there which was coming into the room in the night and I had to keep the windows open aside that everything was a 10
Had a door incident where it wouldn't budge and there was no phone to ring reception that I'm stuck inside, so I had to go out via the window but they they came and fixed it right away, maybe a telephone to call reception in case of emergencies would be nice!

The mattress was not comfortable and the radiator was making noises all night and I couldn't sleep very well.

Couldn't sleep. At all. The air con or generator on the outside wall of my room SHOOK the bed everytime it went off. Which was random, sometimes loud sometimes louder. And the heating system literally clicked, constantly, at different tempos which was very brain jarring. The toilet dripped for a lifetime after being flushed, it was similar to how I envision water tortur. I stayed with my daughter and she was up past midnight crying because all this stuff was keeping us up. In the end, the only way we could sleep was to wet toilet tissue and block our earholes. I even messaged the property at midnight to tell them in the hopes that we could move or something, was tempted to pay £130 and go to the premier Inn at 1am. No one answered. Not even now, nearly 24 hours later.
