Nothing really. It is in a gentrifying neighborhood so there is a mixture of affluent and poor people.

"Beautiful and the best host"

The location was great, the host couldn’t have been more accommodating if we tried - early check in was allowed and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - let us keep our bags there and even gave us suggestions for sicilly. 10/10 host.

Slightly further walk from town than expected - not a problem with the room just Palermo is less walkable than expected

Bright, spacious, quiet room - we shared a very large bathroom with another couple. Great location. Elevator didn’t work, but that’s normal.

The location is very authentic for the old part of Palermo. Close to many attractions and to the main station. The flat is very spacious and lift is a bonus. Ricardo is a very nice and helpful host.

One needs to be aware that the kitchen and common area of the flat may be shared with other guests, which was not absolutily obvious from the description on the website. For us it was not a problem, though.

The location was excellent, very close to the city center. The host was amazinggg!! He helped us arrange transportation from the stay to the airport.

Everything was excellent, but... We booked two rooms, and downstairs there were 3-4 rooms, and there were other guests staying there, and everyone shared one bathroom. That was a bit awkward, not a big problem, but would've liked to know about it ahead of time.

large and well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a nice kitchen and living room. wonderful host who helped in many ways with restaurant and parking tips and support. good location in old town of Palermo.

all was wonderful but the location is right on the edge of the safer part of the old town and there are some buildings under renovation and some noisy neighbours
