"Clean and spacious guest house"

This has to be the cleanest place in all of Sicily. Really spotlessly clean and with nice products, not with harsh smelling chemicals. The bed is very comfortable and the host is very accommodating and speaks English well,

The place was big, clean and near the city centre. Looks too good for Palermo but it's true. Host is also really kind, helpful and ready to answer any questions. I really recommend!

Fully equipped kitchen and amazing room. Location is perfect, just next to Ballarò street market, where you can eat typical Sicilian food for cheap. Also, free parking downstairs. The host is kind and happy to help with tips about Palermo.

- spacious room - comfortable bed - the whole apartment is very clean - kitchen is very well equipped and spacious - you can work remotely from the living room - its quiet - location is perfect -short walk to the central train station and to the center, - Riccardo who runs the place is very nice and flexible
