Pegasus Suites & Spa

An amazing hotel with an amazing view. By far the most succesful hotel on my travel. Breakfast was extremely good. The staff was more than helpful and very nice! The hot tub is an addition which is mandatory I believe, you shuld take it. The view is much better than the island's famous cities.

On the town there are no street and numbers, so finding the place of the hotel is extremely hard. Find how to get there before you arrive. It was a bit hard to shut the door of the bathroom, for a luxurious hotel as this, I am expecting to a bit more attention for fine details. The suite inner area was not very big, but you do get a sun terrace which approximately doubles the area that you get. Overall fine details, not an experience changer by my opinion.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο καλύτερο σημείο του νησιού. Η θέα είναι μαγική τόσο από τα δωμάτια όσο και από τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και άμεσα διαθέσιμο για ό,τι χρειαστεί. Οι χώροι καθαροί και με νησιώτικη αισθητική. Θα το προτιμήσω και στο μέλλον!!

An excellent hotel! We cannot praise the staff enough, especially Maria at reception and John in the restaurant. They are a credit to the hotel and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Maria gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations, which we were very grateful for because Imerovigli, Firostefani and Fira are chock-full of places to eat. Surupo, which is just up from the hotel, was our favourite and one we would highly recommend to anyone reading this review. We had a small room for most of our stay, but were then upgraded to a suite at the end, which was a lovely gesture and one that we appreciated. The rooms have everything you need - slippers, robe, toiletries, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle and minibar. It's all there! As someone who is fussy about cleanliness of hotel rooms, I cannot fault the cleaning staff. Everything was spotless, so our thanks to them for doing such a good job.

We weren't really there long enough to find things to dislike. If I was being picky, I would probably say that we had lunch in the hotel on our first day and it was perfectly fine but we had better meals elsewhere.

We spent 3 days at this hotel and had an exceptional stay. The view is simply stunning and breathtaking, making the experience even more memorable. The hotel is full of charm, beautifully maintained, and ideally located. It offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while being close enough to Fira to reach on foot and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere, shops, and restaurants. Our room was even better than expected: comfortable, spacious, and perfectly equipped. We also greatly appreciated the kindness, warm welcome, and availability of the staff, who were always ready to make our stay unique and ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and would be delighted to return in the future.

Very fortunate and grateful to all the members of the 5-stars-Staff of Pegasus Hotel for having allowed me to live a very special experience within an amazing earth area that seems to be a glimpse of what The Bible calls Heaven 🧿
