Banheiro sem janela e muito quente . Não tinha tv voltada para cama. O colchão é a cama redonda não era confortável

The view was incredible

WiFi was spotty inside the room, likely because it was tucked into the cave but otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and had a great view of the caldera. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helped with whatever you needed. We loved all of Maria’s recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Our room had a great design with the nice touch of some books you can read. The jacuzzi was a perfect way to end the day. We felt like we had privacy and that seems hard to do in this area. The balcony had all types of chairs that you would like. Tables and chairs to eat, sun loungers to relax and a nice hanging chair to crawl into and read a book.

The amenities didn’t match our expectations of the hotel and matched with the price, I won’t come back here again. We only had the breakfast once and just ate out after because it was full of food that looked like it had been made hours earlier, some were stuck to the trays they were displayed on. No options for freshly made food like an omelette. The coffee was from an automatic machine and disappointing. The toiletries were low quality and was paired with an inconsistent quality of cleaning. We once came back to our bathrobes crumpled up and wet on the couch when we left them to be replaced on the shower floor. The bathroom of the suite didn’t have an exhaust but a window that opens up to the hotel’s boutique shop. It was awkward and sometimes loud when there are people on the street. The place is called a hotel and spa but they only had one masseuse. The massage was good and they were great enough to let us use the pool while waiting but it was surprising to not be able to have more than one person at a time. There were two floaters/lifesavers in the indoor pool that were filthy.

Very well placed hotel, clean and well kept. The views were outstanding 😊
