- The breakfast is not great - We booked honeymoon suite and our hot tub water simply wasn’t hot enough. They technician came 3 times but it was Luke warm as best - too many papers for information. Consider making a hotel booklet with all information

Beautiful setting with amazing views of caldera, staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The jacuzzi outside the room was great to cool off in the hot days. All round great hotel.

Location, location, location! The beautiful cliff top views, the spacious luxury suite with our very own veranda and sunbathing area. The staff went out of their way to settle us in and provided us with useful information to make the most of our stay. Of particular help were John and Lola in the restaurant and Maria and Eleni at reception. Thank you all for making this a memorable holiday for us.

The view was beautiful from any spot in the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms ( we had three) were all fantastic.

We had a great time here just two minor things would have made the stay better. Disappointed that the pool didn't stay open late when it was still so hot out (We found this happened in a lot of hotels in our travels). Would have liked to have a hot breakfast option of poached/fried eggs/omelets etc

What an amazing place - we had the room with the cave pool and we loved it. Maria the manager and all the staff were amazing. Emiliano served great drinks by the pool. Lovely place to spend the day then 10 mins too town for the evening.

The stairs - in all fairness that is all of Fira. The restaurant is very limited. The food is good but it’s more of a gap fill. The room we had was never cold as the pool counter acted the A/c. They either need another unit or some kind of screen to separate the heated pool.
