"Great stay with private parking and breakfast inclusive.Close to Visa application centre."

I booked a stay for my parents, and they had an amazing experience! The location is very convenient, especially being close to the Visa Application Center (VAC) in Chennai, which was a huge plus. Not sure if its walkable distance but in car it took about 5-7 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and all my requests were followed precisely during their stay. Additionally, they offered assistance to escort my parents to the Visa application centre, although we already had someone to accompany them. This level of service shows their genuine care for guests. I was very satisfied with the overall service and would definitely consider this place for my future stays in Chennai. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful accommodation of the person who drove my parents to Chennai in our car. They provided him with sheets and pillows, ensuring his comfort as well. The management was also proactive, clarifying all costs with me directly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and attention to detail!
