"Not a Pet friendly Property"

Ideally located hotel provided comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely.

Booked this hotel on the premise that it was pet friendly. A day prior the hotel confirmed that pet was allowed and additional charges. During check in, informed pets are not allowed and requested me to look for another hotel. On showing own hotel policy/rules, they relented .Just before check out, the manager created an issue about pet disturbing other guests. He is unaware of his own rules and regulations and more worried about ratings. Good hotel.....but left with a bad taste.

Polite and good staff

The restaurant was not operational. No soap provided near the wash basin - has to go to shower area for soap. Switches not working.

Staffs are polite and good options for breakfast.

Cleanliness, not worth the money. Maybe good location but bathroom, ac, cleanliness, no hot water etc.
