The hotel gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We also enjoyed the tasty homemade South Indian breakfast. The manager, the front desk, and the kitchen staff provided excellent service. Thank you!

1.⁠ We understand the hotel has been operating for a few months, but the physical aspects of the building do not look that new. 2.⁠ ⁠The first room we stayed in had scuff marks on the walls. One of the curtains had a hole in it. The vanity counter was poorly assembled and the bathroom fixtures were pitted and mismatched. The exhaust opening in the bathroom was covered with a wire netting that had turned rusty. 3.⁠ ⁠On the first night, we had two power trips, and the air conditioner became noisy in the middle of the night. The next day, the hotel offered us another room. The second room was slightly better. However, some power points did not work, so we boiled water and charged our devices in the bathroom. 4.⁠ The standards of cleaning could be improved. For example, the light switches, power points and bathroom fittings were dusty or had marks. 5. ⁠The rooms we stayed in were close to an adjacent building; we had to keep the curtains drawn. This may not be an issue for many, but some may find it depressing if they cannot open the curtains to let the light in. 6. We suggest the hotel hire a building professional to inspect all the guest rooms for defects (e.g. aircon, electrical power points, bathroom fittings) and carry out improvement works. We also suggest that the hotel pay greater attention to the standard of housekeeping. If these issues are addressed, future guests will enjoy a better stay.

We stayed at this place for a short time, the reception staff and manager were very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately we left quite early in the morning and so couldn’t enjoy their breakfast.
