Nothing.The rooms were not clean. The bathrooms were not clean. The hot water system was in the 80’s, The rooms were manifested with mosquitoes. No steps were taken to solve the issue. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning. One of the occupants had to move to a new room at 4 a.m as the staffs could not solve the defect of the air conditioner. Due to the appauling state of the room, we decided to cancel the following day stay in the said hotel. Our request for the refund of the second day was refused Due to the horrible condition, we left for anorther hotel the following morning

Nothing. The only consolation is the staff were polite but were unable to solve the issues

Room charges are little high for its ambience.

A basic no frills room with excellent and hospitable staff. It was well located for my needs. They have a good breakfast service. They do not have in dining facilities which I did not miss.

Pillow is a bit bit bit smelly. You can request them to change it if you don’t like it. Very helpful staff.

Worst hotel I ever booked..in in he Web looks so good and and I was in the last min with no choice.. regret a lots.. crockroch in the room, old room type broken and dirty toilet bowl and mozek ,smelly, no hot water etc... hope the management could take some action. Unpleasant stay

I booked a wrong room in wrong place

Great location. Value for money. Also was enjoying my breakfast a lot everyday.

The staff is very helpful. I landed late in the night and the front desk was quick in the check in process. The staff is very hospitable. At the time of check out, the front desk asked the Housekeeping staff to check the room, the HK staff informed that I had left my watch (I was lucky to get it back).
