Very nice homely atmosphere. Location was very much in city with easy access to nice eating places nearby & public transportation. Courteous staff, service with a smile

Calm, peaceful and silent location, wonderful place, excellent and warm service by everyone at the hotel. Kind and gentle behaviour of the staff. Excellent , variety of tasty breakfast. We had a comfortable, safe and a great stay at the hotel. My thanks to all the staff and the managers.

1. The deco at the corridor, reception, and the bedroom were nice. 2. The reception staff and the team were very helpful. 3. Though breakfast was the same most of the days with little variation, the team on duty provided good service when required.

1. The odour from the water whenever the water is turned on.Need to check the water tank. 2. The cleanliness of the toilet. Stains on the floor. 3. The wash basin base was dirty and not secured properly to the base. 4. The shower curtain was stained with dirt. 5. The taps looked worn out. Can use colgate to Polish it. 6. TV at 204 had issues with resetting back to normal channels. 7. The Internet was down due to rain.As such, we can not view TV programs 8. Air con leaking. It was still not attended to even after we changed back to the same room(206) after facing TV problems at 204. Water was dripping on the curtain.

Excellent for short stay Not recommended for long stay Breakfast is very Local but fresh and tasty. Rooms should be little more spacious for long stay and windows are really of now use, very dark even in shiny days, you need lights on all the day. Missing a fridge for cold water, you should be ready to drink room temperature waters.

The room door did not have a lock. It was broken. Couldn't shut the room.
