GBThe view from the apartment was great and the location right next to the beach was perfect. Car parking round the back was good.
The apartment could do with a bit of TLC - the carpets, curtains and bed heads were stained. You couldn't tell the temperature of the oven because the numbers had worn away. The sheets were all too small for the beds so kept coming off. The WiFi kept cutting out which made it difficult to watch TV.

DEDie Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Kontakt war unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch, Danke! Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen am Strand, egal ob nach Bournemouth, Southbourne, Christchurch,... Auch für Bahnreisende sehr empfehlenswert- Pokesdown for Boscombe- Station ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar, die Busanbindung an der Haltestelle "Fisherman's Walk" ist in alle Richtungen bestens. In Pokesdown selber gibt es einfach alles, was man braucht, mehrere Supermärkte , Bäcker, auch viele gute Restaurants und Pubs- beste Vorraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub an diesem herrlichen Strand in Dorset. Wir werden wiederkommen :)
GBWow! The view from this property is marvellous. We saw the sunset then the sunrise. It is only a few steps from the apartment to a zig zag which leads you down to the beach. The property is very well equipped and wonderfully clean. The beds are comfortable and I can not fault the set up.

Poor standards of cleanliness. Carpets badly stained, burn marks on tabke, Windows inside dirty, mould in bathroom. The entrance to stairs were dirty.

GBGBThe location was excellent was peaceful the first night alittle noisy the second night with the upstairs apartment running about most of night until gone 11pm. Perfect view and was as shown on photos and description will be looking at booking again as co e down to the area alot for work training courses also .
