Beautiful house in a lovey, quiet, private location, ideal for visiting Diddly Squat Farm 😂 just a short drive away. Clean throughout with everything and more you could need. Great communication from the owners, easy check in / check out.

Great house - great location only 20 minutes from most villages in the cotswolds, very peaceful and relaxing area. Hot tub was great and the canopy covering it was great so we could still use in the rain. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need. Was a lovely place to stay for the weekend.

The house was clean, welcoming and had all the amenities u could need, a real home from home! The decor was beautiful! It was in a great location for us wanting to visit Diddly squat farm and Blenheim palace, plus to explore the Cotswolds! The hot tub was a lovely addition to our stay! We had a lovely meal in the local pub which was great and a short walk away!

Great location close to Soho Farmhouse. Very well stocked with everything you could need for a self catered stay.

The decor and fittings are a little bit tired.

Positive Aspects - The place is beautiful and well-maintained. - Initial impressions were positive based on the appearance and amenities.

Outline of Our Experience Negative Incidents - Lack of Respect: We were not treated with respect by some individuals during our stay. - Uninvited Neighbor: At 7 pm, a neighbor barged into the property uninvited to tell us to reduce noise, which was inappropriate and intrusive. Cultural Insensitivity: - The place does not cater to diverse cultures. - There were significant demonstrations of bias and stigma against us. Feelings of Discomfort - These behaviors made us uncomfortable. - We felt as though we were under surveillance, leading to an unpleasant and stressful experience. Overall Impact- While the property itself is beautiful, the inappropriate behaviors and lack of cultural sensitivity overshadowed our stay, ultimately ruining the experience for us.

The property was lovely and well equipped. Plenty of glasses and equipment in the kitchen! The place was clean and the extra touches like toiletries and hot tub towels were all appreciated. Location was as advertised which was good for us to explore the local area. Hot tub was a great size and didn’t lose its heat.

There was a big difference in the mattresses which meant 2 of the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable whereas the other was very nice and comfy. The property is very close to neighbours which unfortunately did impact our ability to spend time outside and use the hot tub as we’d have liked as the closest neighbour was very rude and agressive towards us complaining of noise even after we’d apologised and stopped all noise.

The peacefulness and the space for the 5 of us was fabulous. The standard throughout was great. The home felt like a peaceful retreat to accompany our Soho Farmhouse visit over 2 days. It was perfect.
