The balcony was too small to have four people on comfortably. The maintenance/ furniture of the property was poor - toilet seat loose/ beds with broken and missing lats/ door scraping on the tiled floor/ shutter hinges broken/ shower drain blocked/ balcony furniture ready for the skip as it was unsafe to use. We run an AirBnB and could tell that the owner does not visit this property regularly to check the condition and just leaves it to the cleaning contractor. Why would you have a 4 person unit with just a 3 person sofa? Yes there were 2 dining room chairs in the room (pictures attached of their state) but these are not comfortable for an extended period but tbf neither was the sofa. Very disappointed overall

GBWe booked this apartment for the view, and the view was amazing! We also loved finding a bottle of red wine waiting for us.
NZGreat location with great little bar nearby, super quiet and surprisingly big space.
The only thing is no aircon (which we knew) but it wasn’t too hot and the fan was great.
