Comfortable and clean

The decor and facilities in the property were lovely and provided a perfect place to stay for the night for our budget, as a band playing in Leeds it more than met my expectations. It seemed to be located in a quiet part of the estate and the folks we met on the road seemed nice. Would definitely consider staying here again. Easy to get a taxi in to town in about 12 mins. Spotless and comfy with a nice kitchen to sit in and luxurious living room.

House was amazing as new build

Stayed in the Property for over a week and paid top money with a little discount Property lacks a Dryer as little use the radiators Host was sending me random messages 2/3 weeks later asking why her wheelie bins was full Bins clearly not empty on a regular basis and if was there full 7 days would access to bins r not Grass in garden was over grown And mess a round bins discarded. Apart from that I had a nice stay 😌 Main bed was well comfy 😍

Lovely house with great facilities.

I travelled from the Midlands and chose as wanted to be near go Thorner which in fairness it was. Location, wasn’t in an area I was familiar with and wasn’t ideal for me, which was beyond control of host. My sat nav did not find the location but host directed me in on the phone and was very helpful. As travelling on my own I felt a little vulnerable arriving early evening and accessing the key. This again is not fault of host.

It was a very clean, comfortable property and it had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The area could be better, however it was quiet and we felt safe.

Pleasantly decorated. Looked very nice with the decor and furniture. Loved that we could fit two cars on a private driveway. Comfortable evening / night.

Wasn’t that clean. Lots of dust in areas such as along the top of the headboard of the beds. Behind the corner sofa that was easily on show. In the kitchen cupboards crumbs left. Tea towel was dirty. Some glasses had food / drink marks on them. Toilet roll holders in both bathrooms were hanging off the wall. Cooker hob difficult to operate.
