Clean, nicely decorated, tidy, and well equipped. A really lovely, homely house. Friendly host, easy to follow instructions to arrive and to enjoy the stay. Handy location for an event in Leeds city centre.

The shower just needs fixing as the height and temperature couldn't be adjusted. Still usable, and the bathroom is lovely, modern and really clean.

The house is really nicely decorated. Clean and smells fresh. The beds are very comfortable and the garden is lovely and the area is very quiet. Close to a supermarket and shops etc
