Location is wonderful. Near to tourist attractions.

This place will be better if fans provided in the bedroom.

The location of the house is very strategic. The uptown, Jam Gadang, Breakfast place, Taman Panorama (+Lubang Jepang) all accessible by walking. Glad we could experienced the uniqueness of the house. It’s an original traditional house passed down by generation but well maintained with modern amenities to accommodate the guests. The owner of the house lives nearby, very friendly and hospitable host.

For the size of the house, it’ll be wonderful if they could have more than 1 bathroom.

Great location that gave an immersive experience of living in an old Dutch styled kampung house.

It was very noisy as it was located next to the main road. In addition, it is also located near a mosque which had prayers and religious classes broadcasted on the loudspeakers from 4am and didn’t end until around 8am every morning. So unless you’re a very early riser, don’t expect to get much sleep.

Such a lovely homestay. Love the house & its design. The traditional interior design reminded us of our ancestors. Host was nice & helpful, living next door so it was easy to reach out to her if anything.

Unfortunately during our stays, there was a band rehearsal across the street at night around 10-12pm. It was pretty noisy since the house was just next to the main street. But after 12, it was all quiet and peaceful.

I never rate my stay in the booking before but this one exception. I love my stayed. It reminds me of my grandma house. So comfy. Felt like home. The owner decorated the house so beautifully. Please everyone if you plan to come to Bukittinggi you must stay here!

Truly a hidden gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bukittinggi. 1. The location is close to famous tourist attractions (Pasar Ateh or Ateh Market, Los Lambuang for Kapau Rice, Jam Gadang, Lubang Japan, etc.) and also famous and legendary culinary attractions in Bukittinggi (Pical Sikai, Pical Ayang, Ayam Pop Family Benteng, Itiak Lado Ijo Ngarai, etc.), within minutes' walk. Because it is only less than 1km from Nizar's house. 2. The house itself is very beautiful (even though the building looks like an old building but is very well maintained), clean, the house smells good (as soon as you enter you can immediately smell the fragrance). I felt like I was returning to grandma's house. 3. The hosts, both Bang Danang and Uni Neli, were very kind and accommodating. He even allowed us to leave the car, because we wanted to stay overnight in Sawahlunto.

The house is pretty close to lubang jepang and ngarai sianok, very strategic place to stay so that we didn't use vehicle during our stay in bukittinggi that much. The ambience is feels like we were in hometown

it would be better to provide a kitchen for cooking and washing, as well as more bathrooms
