Ubytování bohužel neodpovídalo nabídce uvedené na Bookingu. Rezervovali jsme pobyt pro tři osoby s tím, že měly být k dispozici tři plnohodnotné postele. Ve skutečnosti byly v apartmánu pouze jedna manželská postele s proleženou matrací a místo třetí postele jen velmi malá tvrdá rozkládací pohovka o délce cca 120 cm, na které není možné pohodlně spát. Informace v inzerátu jsou tedy zavádějící a kapacita ubytování pro tři dospělé osoby není reálně zajištěna. Pobyt nám to výrazně zkomplikovalo a kvalita ubytování neodpovídala ceně ani očekávání.

La localizacion

La cama, el colchon tienen que cambiarlo, el aire acondicionado el primer dia dejo de funcionar, dijeron que mandarian a alguien pero en los 4 dias no llego nadie

"Stay if you like being freezing and enjoy chasing up for refunds"

Freezing cold. One small broken heater when it is -8 outside is completely unacceptable. I was offered a refund of one nights stay for this which still hasn’t arrived (I stayed beginning of Jan and it is March now) constantly her fobbed off by their WhatsApp AI customer service.

Розташований в самому центрі міста, і як що тільки ночувати то підійде. Що

Додаткове ліжко було зламане, на стінах біля полу пліснява,. Майже нема природнього світла бо вікна виходять всередину двору. Прибирання взагалі нема.

It said there were city views but I looked out onto a horrible inner courtyard. No cafeteria for making copy - that’s a basic necessity. Poor lighting in courtyard so I felt quite vulnerable accessing the property after dark. The main sidelight didn’t work and needed a new bulb.

Contesto silenzioso - nelle vicinanze molti ristoranti, bar, panetterie, negozi - la praticità e la vicinanza dei trasporti urbani .

La mancanza di prodotti per la pulizie, un armadio - nell'angolo cottura ci sono stoviglie limitate nel numero di 3 e solo 2 pentole - non sono presenti prodotti di prima necessità nella dispensa (olio, zucchero, sale . . .) - Dalle inferiete hanno rubato le scarpe di mio marito
