location and staff were great.

the room had a horrible musty and the floor by the window side of the bed was damp. no other rooms were available and I contemplated sleeping in my car instead.

The staff was nice

Curtain falling off the wall. Stained sheets, bead spread, towels. Brown smears on the wall. Phone didn’t have a cord, so you couldn’t call the front desk. The TV kept losing connection several times an hour. The hot water came out brown most of the time. They apparently have people living at the hotel, I spoke to a man that claimed he was living at the hotel for 1.5 years. THE WORST PART.. the police showed up on two different days and arrested someone and hauled them away. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I had to stay as I booked a non alterable, non refundable stay.. what a mistake!

I loved how nice the staff was, and that the bed was quite comfy.

I was very disappointed to see that the TV did not work, I paid for TV services and we tried everything in the room to fix it. Very disappointing to see that it was because it was a weak signal on the wifi or something like that.

Every single white linen was covered in stains. Towels, bedding, etc. The rooms were outdated, fridge hardly worked.

The building was well maintained. Staff knew what they were doing.

Our room door opened without a keycard and wouldn't lock. The smoke detector was missing.

The room itself was clean.

They remove all drains. We were only able to watch 3 channels on television, with one being PBS. We talked to numerous staff, and they didn’t care. They claim to have breakfast. There was one bagel, and no warm food. Waffle machine didn’t work
