Staff was helpful

When we arrived several people were sitting outside smoking and it felt unsafe. Air conditioner didn’t work and when we opened the window for fresh air, there was no screen and we were on the second floor. Towel mat dirty, elevator and back door out, seems like they have a lot of work to do. Room refrigerator and hairdryer didn’t work, tv needed to be plugged in. They were full and unable to move us

"I would like my refund as promised over the phone and in person please. I held up my end."

Well until I get a refund on what I was promised. I didn't like any of it. Sorry but I don't deserve to give a good review if I don't get people that are true to their word.

I tell you one thing I really didn't like is the instant coffee in the industrial coffee machine Not only did it sound like I was milking a cow It was the worst tasting coffee I've ever had in my entire life just by being cheap and cutting corners.
