"Excellent family sty in Cuenca"

A really nice hotel well located in the center. The place is quiet and is a nice location to rest in Cuenca near the Cathedral, the artists street and floral marketl. The personal is kind, available and really helpful. Bars and restaurants are at walking distance. The breasfast is delicious. Our room was cosy and clean next to a bright resting area. You have everything to enjoy a good stay in Cuenca definitely a family place to stay

No major point. Just there are two lovely friendly cats. I'm allergic it has been a little issue once one came to say hi. Nothing to complain about the place

Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, central location quiet.

11am checkout is too early. Although the common areas were made available to us to use as we had an evening flight from Cuenca

The cats were friendly. Breakfast was slow on the last morning when we had a bus to get, but we didn’t ask the night before for it to be prompt.

The hotel is nicely decorated. It is an excellent location. it is very quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful Good breakfast

Excellent location in the old town, clean comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff who gave tips and advice where requested. Breakfast had a decent choice and was enough each morning to keep you going for the first half of the day.
