El apartamento es espectacular, súper espacioso, tiene 3 baños, es nuevo y está en excelente condiciones. Hay un ascensor en el edificio.

No hay estación de metro cerca y hay que caminar un poco hacia el centro pero no fue problema, en 15 a 20 min estás en el casco viejo

Was die Fotos bieten, findet man auch in Wirklichkeit (Rest siehe was nicht gefallen hat). Weg gleich hinter dem Haus hilft und verkürzt den Weg zum Einkaufen, zur Garage und in die Stadt ungemein! Bus fährt sonst auch fast vor der Tür weg. Blick auf den Fluss ist sehr schön. Bilbao ist eine tolle Stadt.

Wer immer die Ausführung gemacht vom Bau - Mau! Sehr schlecht ausgeführt, jetzt schon überall Risse und Löcher und teilweise stark abgenutzt. Info über Bauarbeiten gegenüber und nebenan wäre schon interessant. Toll wäre, wenn man auch die richtige Adresse auf Booking gleich hinschreiben würde. Erleichtert Anreise. Kommunikation könnte zumindest auf Englisch erfolgen und aktiver, mit Google Translate geht es aber natürlich immer schwierig. Was absolut fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage oder aktive Zuluft. Umbau ist toll gelungen, aber man bekommt keine Luft in dem Appartment. Teilweise wirkt es so, alsob die Arbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen sind. Manche Dinge wären einfach zu flicken bzw. zu vermeiden (Türstopper).

Appartamento molto bello di recente ristrutturazione, in ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Bilbao.

Pur essendo totalmente ristrutturato di recente, l’appartamento ha numerosi difetti: diversi fori nel cartongesso, le ventole dei bagni non sono funzionanti, le porte scorrevoli non hanno la maniglia… la cosa peggiore: in uno dei bagni c’era un odore insopportabile di fogna proveniente dagli scarichi, un odore talmente forte da rendere inutilizzabile quel bagno. Se il proprietario dovesse risolvere tutti questi problemi, l’appartamento meriterebbe il massimo dei voti.

The shower gel and Laundry liquid smell are too strong. We got someone allergy with this kind of fragrance. Need take medicine. I don't understand why they so strong smell fragrant liquid. Very disappointed. One mattress is normal but another one is too soft.
