Location and size

Hard to find. Although it’s nothing to do with the property, there is a lot of regeneration in the locality so be aware of building noise.

"Apartment was lovely and if we return to Bilbao, I would try to stay there again."

The apartment was modern, clean, well appointed, wheelchair, accessible, and allowed our family of six people to stay in one place together while visiting Balboa. Nice view over the river.

The property is fairly far from City center, and because the area is newly developed, Taxi drivers did not know where it was.

Everything except the location was perfect. The apartment is completely new and amazing with 3 bathrooms. Still we had a free parking and that is quite rare in Bilbao. The host was very responsive and kind.

There are a lot of construction going on around the apartment, but in few years time it will be a superb location. We would appreciate some tea or coffee, because when you travel such things are appreciated to have in the accomodations.
