The location is great, good Ganga view from the private room. The food tasted good.

Poorly designed and maintained building, and general furnishing. My room was on the 4th floor with no elevators. The bathroom on the top floor had a stink coming from the drain pipe into the room. Not a professionally managed facility.

Everything was perfect, a good stay for a solo traveler.

The location and the Ganga view is absolutely stunning. Could not find a better option in that price range. Newly refurbished rooms, super clean!

There was no lift ( I can understand that with the power outages you would not like to take the risk) We stayed in several locations of the chain and here the personel was at least helpful. When checking in the QR code was not working properly on iOS and instead of entering the data by hand in the system we had to struggle and look for solutions. We had a complimentary breakfast and each day it had to be double checked, on departure I wanted to book the transfer was just given the information to call the number form the door. Hotels/ hostels are part of hospitality industry and should have in mind that making a guest feel welcomed makes his stay 🙏

Could have been better handling travellers and managing .

The stay was good and everything was neat and clean as well and the nights are amazing as well as there are events going on like live music and also techno parties too
