You can literally rent a dorm at half the price of this undeserving place. First of all, they won’t confirm your check-in time if you request an early check-in. They clearly told us on our face that our early check-in request was rejected, so a lot of our time was wasted. They do have a waiting area and washrooms on the rooftop, which is on the 5th floor, by the way — and there’s no lift. So yes, carry all your luggage up to the 5th floor yourself. Now let’s come to their USP — the room. (For which they take 2 hours to clean because apparently they don’t want guests to be accommodated in a dirty room. Aww, sweet.) The room curtains were very dirty. If they touched your skin, your soul would instantly go “eww.” Their bedsheets and blankets were also dirty. Sleeping there with that blanket was a task in itself. Now the washroom — I’m talking about basic amenities here. There wasn’t even a basic cloth hanger on the door. Where are people supposed to keep their clothes while changing? And the shower wasn’t working either. All in all, it was a great experience… if we’re talking about a great worst experience 👍🏻

The staff brought me some food on arrival i thought it was a complimentary dish It was kind of refreshing after a long trip As I was about to take a bite out of the dish the manager went out like sir this isn't for you I am a manager as well At sunstar Group Karol bagh Delhi They seriously need to work on their hospitality

I had a really pleasant stay at this place in Rishikesh. I stayed in female dormetary.The overall vibe is peaceful and relaxing, which made it a great place to unwind. One of the best parts is that the ghats are very close by, so it’s easy to go for a walk, enjoy the Ganga, or just sit and soak in the calm atmosphere. A special mention to Disha and Aman they were really good and extremely cooperative throughout my stay. Both of them and even all other staff made sure everything was comfortable and were always ready to help, which added a personal touch to the experience. I also felt very safe staying here, which is really important when traveling. Another great thing is that the they organizes activities to keep guests engaged and add a fun element to the stay, making it more easy to enjoy your time even more. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for a peaceful, safe, and welcoming environment in Rishikesh.✨🙌🕉️
