Accommodating host - transferred us to a better unit, allowed 4 p.m. checkout, replaced defective microwave, ordered drinking water, good Internet connection speed and coverage, powerful air conditioners; laundry service available on ground floor; spacious floor area with 2 toilets; excellent BGC location

First unit - Many small cockroaches, located in a tower with only one operating lift, ground floor bathroom’s shower occupied by washing machine and cleaning materials; very dinghy hallway Second unit - Better tower with two operating lifts but later down to one when water leakage during storm shut down one lift; still a number of small cockroaches but less; poorly constructed unit with outlet placement not well thought out, bidet holder of mezzanine toilet oddly placed on the side opposite that of the water source; shower curtain bar too high so there is a large gap between the floor and curtain; TV remote not working; one AC remote defective; building lobby needed buckets for leaks during storm

Location

The basement parking smelled awful. The unit we reserved not allegedly available so we were given another unit. It was awful. The aircon in one room was t working. And the other aircon doesn’t cool enough. So we left the unit after 4 hours of enduring the worse place ever and got a place somewhere else.

Great and fantastic view, short walk from everything! Affordable and great owner to work with.

Amenities are a little lacking, no real way to get extra bathing or cleaning supplies. But downstairs is a 7/11 to help!
