"Fine for a one night stay."

Great location.

More upfront clarity about the checkin process prior to arrival. I was falsly told a host would "meet" at the checkin location.A whatsapp message came instead instructing me what to do. This did work and we accessed the property ok. A bit of basic maintainance is needed at the property. Whilst clean it is looking very worn.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Complete with kitchenware and living room appliances. The front desk staff is accommodating. The owner is also kind and good. Our family enjoyed the overnight stay in the place.

The location is very nice no problem with foods there is 7/11 store and the room is very good for family stay. Very near to PSE building and Bonifacio High Street. :)

"The good thing we have a good sleep for short hours."

No internet and no TV. The utensils are rusty. They didn't allow us to use the facility around 5am and we are leaving the next day 7am.
