Was good location, everything neer by

Feel noise from another room , you can hier even when they go to the toilet. Three nights booked, in de last morning we get a coffee because I send message and I ask for it

I really enjoyed this place! I traveled alone and felt very safe here and the location was great-- central to everything in Genova and close to the metro to go to the beach. I thought the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, clean, and modern.

The cleaning staff arrived quite early so they woke me up. Also, the shower drain was blocked so the shower filled up fast and spilled onto the floor a bit. I wanted to share so the staff can get maintenance to improve it.

Easily accessible being 2 minutes from San Giorgio metro station. 2 minutes from the supermarket. Rooms is large and comfortable. Great facilities in the room, and felt very safe. Staff were very friendly.

Not being able to control the thermostat made it very hot in the room.

The location it perfect, only what I did not like it cleaning staff they are coming to early and start making noise because this is room it locker for cleaning staff.

Our stay at Plazzina B Smart Rooms in Genoa was good! The location was ideal, the rooms were modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, the last-minute booking discount made it an even better value. We recommend this place! 🙂

We didn't like that the room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, which detracted from our comfort. Additionally, the noise from outside was noticeable, which can affect some people's sleep. This can be an issue during the high season. Although the room wasn't soundproof, we found the smell to be a bothersome issue, this is in the room with bathroom externally located. We recommend that Plazzina B Smart Rooms refresh the room of the lingering scent of cigarette smoke or whatever it is. This would greatly improve the overall experience for guests and ensure a more comfortable stay.
