Palazzina B - Smart Rooms

The room was comfortable, super clean, the bathroom gorgeous and looked new. Excellent location. The bed is huge. One of the nicest hotel rooms ever. Access to kitchen and lounge.

My room wasn't ready at check in despite them confirming it was ok two hours earlier. They said they would contact me but when I texted 1,5 hours later they said the room was ready. So they never contacted me immediately. I suspect there was a shift change and the early employee never informed the later one, who had no idea what I was talking about. Manager agreed to let me check out one hour later after some insisting. Then the cleaning crew tried to enter my room an hour early, so they were not informed of my check out extension A lot of hassle for a one night stay. So make sure you have everything on text and double check everything with staff up front. The place is like a flat with two bedrooms and a communal space with a kitchen and seating. So if you are in the room it's possible that there will be people walking and talking right outside your door. I found this no big deal but someone else might find it uncomfy. Pillows very high, duvet a tad thin in winter so I folded it double which isn't an option for a couple of course.

This apartman was in the city center.

Good location near port and friendly stuff.

Location is good but the neibourhood doesnt seems very nice. But it is port. As well in the apartment we didnt find even teaspoon or simple glass. Not good value for money.

This place had everything for a good stay! It was warm and cosy. It was also in Center of old town in Genoa, which is super convenient. Communication with owner was also very good.
