I loved the beautifully designed, new room and the hotel's central location in Sunset Town—just a short walk to Kiss Bridge, the night market, and the Hon Thom cable car terminal. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they even offered a 20% discount for a nearby spa.

There was blood on our bedsheets and they didn’t change it until next day, it’s disgusting. They didn’t clean our room for the whole week not even once. Dirty glasses with lipstick. When we asked, they said it will be done tomorrow but they never came. Didn’t change our towels, didn’t take out the trash, didn’t give us more hand soap. Smell from the sewerage is horrible and very strong. We needed to open windows to get rid of it.

the location, the amazing view from the hugh balcony. You get to see the fireworks every night from the balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower. A modern room overall.

The hotel is not finished, when you arrive you will see the reception area is a big empty room, with a few chairs. Wires sticking out of the floor. We contacted the reception via our mobile phone, so you need an e sim. The rooms are modern but lack in sound proofing and need some bits, likes mugs with the kettle and some curtains to block the light. The blinds are not enough.Also our balcony was not sectioned off, so next-door could walk along,so lacked in privacy. Security was poor, our room door was left unlocked with our backpack in it too , until we got a room key. The balcony needs some furniture too please.
