The flat was clean, neat with beautiful views. Will definitely book again. Enjoyed our stay here. I can't comment on the use of equipment at the facility as we only used the fridge and kettle. But this facility has a washing machine and dryer for convenience and is fully equipped. Its also safe as there is security fencing and remote gate to the property.

The owner must consider investing in an aircon. The main bedroom had a small rusty and dusty fan that did not cope with the heat in summer. Maybe put in a ceiling fan in the main bedroom if an aircon is not possible. Also there was no mirror in the main bedroom and it made it difficult for me to apply my makeup. Mirrors in the main bedroom is something that the owner should consider. The mirrors in the other rooms were for deco purposes above the beds so were not practical to use for dressing.

"Kuta Beach can do better"

I liked the fact that it was near the ocean and malls.

I didn't like the fact that there has been no cleaning service ever since I arrived from the 30th to the 3rd. They didn't provide toilet paper, yet on their website, they say they do provide. Another thing I only realized on the second day that they did not fill up the gas for the gas braai stand, and when I called the caretaker, he told me I could go do it myself. He only made means after I contacted booking.com about this issue.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, it exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay the host was very nice and welcoming. All in all we had a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

The pictures on booking.com don't represent the apartment well and make it look outdated whereas it's beautiful. What's written on "what's nearby" should be changed because it's a lie and we got lost on our way there because of that lie. Shelly Centre is not nearby instead Margate Mall is so they should put Margate Mall not Shelly.
