Takterassen var fantastisk! Och även de 3 andra balkongerna-alltid solläge på någon av balkongerna Rummen var stora och härliga. Läget perfekt!

"Romslig leilighet som var velutstyrt, men alt var slitt og beregnet på utleie, uten sjarm og komfort, dog med god seng."

Beliggenheten midt i Ortigia gamleby med kort avstand til alt. Usjenert takterrasse med utsikt til sjø og byens tak. Denne var et stort pluss ved leiligheten.selvom møblene var veldig gamle og slitte. (Ikke som på bildet).

Bratt og smal trappeoppgang via tre forskjellige låste dører. Stille gate, men støy fra søppeltømming hver natt. Utsjekk kl 10 uten mulighet for bagasjeoppbevaring. Møtte ikke verten, men han svarte på våre spørsmål via WhatsApp .

"Comfortable, characterful apartment in a very quiet location, near to lots of bars and restaurants."

Very spacious apartment with lovely roof terrace, where you can watch the sunset over the western shores of Ortigia. Good facilities,and all in a lovely old building.

We couldn't work the washing machine, and there were no instructions. We had been travelling for a while and it would have been a useful facility, although probably not necessary for a short break.

"Underbart boende i genuina Ortigia."

Läget var fantastiskt, mitt i gränderna och nära till både restauranger samt gudomlig badstrand. Det finns en underbar takterrass med havsutsikt, där vi följde solnedgången varje kväll.

Takterrassen hade lite väl enkla, slitna möbler, där ägaren skulle kunna satsa på tex en loungegrupp.

El alojamiento responde a lo esperado y a la publicación en booking. Situación estupenda a 1' de Cala Rossa y bien ubicado para pasear por Ortigia a pie. Instalaciones muy prácticas para 4 personas (viajamos en familia), con 2 dormitorios, 1 aseo y 1 baño completo. La lavadora, con espacio de tendido, también nos ha sido muy útil. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, incluída la cocina/comedor. Calle segura y silenciosa. Hemos podido descansar bien. Atención atenta y profesional por parte del anfitrión. Hemos tenido una buena experiencia y recomendamos el alojamiento y el destino.

Las sábanas de la cama doble no olían fresco. Pienso que pudo ser por haber hecho la cama estando húmedas. Sólo había 1 rollo de papel higiénico por baño y 1 rollo de papel de cocina para 5 noches. La ducha no desaguaba bien los últimos días.

Terrassen var dejlig - kunne godt ha brugt en parasol 😅 Stor og dejlig lejlighed

Vandet i det ene badeværelse løb langsomt og risten var tilstoppet.
