[Venezia-Mestre] Design Apartment Bros#1

Ικανοποιητικό σαν κατάλυμα , καθαρό θα το έλεγα και δροσερό ευτυχώς γιατί όταν πήγαμε είχε 40 βαθμούς. Το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ που είναι δίπλα έχει φύλακα και είναι πολύ ασφαλές και πολύ οικονομικό.

Το κατάλυμα δεν το βρίσκεις εάν δεν πάρεις τηλ τον διαχειριστή, ο οποίος δεν εμφανίστηκε ούτε για τσεκ ιν ούτε να εισπράξει τους φόρους. Δε μου άρεσε γενικά το Μεστρε όπως μεταλλάχθηκε … σε αραβική να την πω…σε πακιστανική να την πω …αποικία - συνοικία. Από το απόγευμα στις 6:00 που βγήκαμε για φαγητό έως το βράδυ στις 9:00 που γυρίσαμε τρέχοντας σχεδόν, εγώ ένιωσα πολύ άβολα να κυκλοφορώ. 10 στους 10 που κυκλοφορούσαν ήταν άντρες αραβικής καταγωγής και οι ελάχιστες γυναίκες φορούσαν μπούργκα. Είναι η τρίτη φορά που ερχόμαστε εδώ και μπορώ να πω πως είναι και η τελευταία. Κρίμα για την Βενετία κρίμα για την Ιταλία !!!

Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Interazione con il proprietario molto efficace. Posizione molto vicina per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi pubblici.

The place was a little hard to locate but not that hard, and it was really close to any public transport. Normal place, but the door was in a little bit shady alley. It has air-conditioning and the usual stuff you can find anywhere.

First of all we had to request blankets separately because those were missing. The air conditioner turned on even tho we turned it off multiple times. The living room with kitchen had a cabinet with the boiler inside which had 2 annoying fans running all the time (those are completely unnecessary because of the modern Valiant boiler which uses turbo and a multi chamber chimney, no extra ventilation needed). The place was okay regarding to cleanliness, there were some occasional spiderwebs, but overall clean. Don't even think about checking in earlier than the stated time, but that is acceptable due to the cleaning time.

I really liked this property because of its central location, very close to cafés, shops, restaurants, and the secure underground parking (Costa).

I didn’t like the pillows; they are very hard and I couldn’t sleep on them.

Location is good.it was net and clean.host behaved was good.

Bedroom is nice but there was no bed sheets in bed only was bed cover it is not good.

The apartment was fine for a couple of nights, and the location is convenient, close enough to the bus stops. The staff was responsive and kind to get in touch at 2-3 am in the morning to provide the check-in code.

The cleaning can be improved for sure. For example, I spent time and my own tissues to wipe the towel warmer rack to be able to hang the towels, we were 3 and there were not enough hooks for 3 small and 3 big towels to be hung. A clothes rack could be added for the used bath towels. The shower cabin was rather small, and the shower head was sliding down all the time. Would recommend adding more hangers in the wardrobe. I'd recommend replacing pillows and adding more.
