Nice, spacious apartment. With good furniture. Well located. Has everything you need for life. The apartment is equipped with smart home systems. All issues were resolved remotely with a responsive owner

There is no elevator in the building. This may be important for families with limited mobility. When the temperature outside is around zero, the apartment is cool.

Very comfortable and located in very good place,near the shops and everything you need. Highly recommend it

The location is great! 5 min walk and you are in the bus stop to Venice Islands. Supermarket and restaurants around, we cooked in the apartment and everything works perfectly in the kitchen. Super comfortable living room area and the rooms too.
