"It’s not terrible but not the best!"

What I didn’t like I had to wait like an hour and a half waiting in line for my room cause it was not ready! Even though I got there after 4:00 pm!! The bus service not good it takes a long time for the bus to come!

Everything is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very helpful. 15 min walk to Haram. Shuttle service was good. If i came again i will definitely stay in this hotel. Insha Allah…..

When we arrived at the hotel, despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel staff said our room was not vacant yet. Finally, when they gave us the room, it was not clean.

Reception Staff was rude and not organized, i was waiting and they start giving rooms to others even they asked me to wait and they will call me. Their system dosent work as well
