Wifi Intermittent but think that was the area rather than the tech at fault.

We never gained admittance to the property although we were there 3 hours in the cold outside.....Told lies about the keys being in the box even though they never were...and I have 2 photos to prove that they were not in the box 2 hours after they were supposed to be...This whole experience was a con ..bad phone messages ...couldnt hear what we said?? rubbish!!! We were told lies from the very beginning about times , cleaners, keys, none of what we were told was true...The fact is they have defrauded us of £76, and given us nothing in return...Wont hold my breath for booking.com to help, even though I have been a good customer... Re your reply...I too have evidence, 2 timed photos, car parking tickets, and a witness, that the keys were not in the box at 3.50..the access time was 2 PM!! We watched your cleaner get in the passenger seat...she never went anywhere near the keybox..You sent the keycode at 3.25...we found the box empty and you know it was...you sent the picture of the keys at 4.36.. 2 and a half hours after access time ! there are several reviews on here stating issues with the keys... We parked within full view of your cottage for almost 3 hours, As I said, I am 82 yrs old and my partner is 70. We waited in the cold for almost 3 hours..We did not have access to the cottage until you sent pictures of the keys at 4.36, by which time we were so cold we had to leave. And I HAVE taken this up with Booking .com, hopefully you will hear from them soon...Meanwhile on Friday I have an appointment with Citizens Advice with a view to taking you to the small claims court, or any other way of obtaining a refund...

Ease of access. Comfortable and warm. Close to my fishing destination. Quiet and restful. Well equipped kitchen.

Lounge/TV part of living space lacked a coffee table.

Great Location

I can’t believe reviews saying this property was clean,The carpets and sofa was dirty and the beds had definitely not been changed was a terrible smell in all beds of dirty hair and a lot of black hairs were inside covers.As this was a one nights stay the cleaners were clearly not booked to come in.Disgusting Hygiene could not get asleep all night due to the bed smells.

Cottage was nice ,location was good,cottage could do with a little paint here & there, parking was good, property was clean,

Pillows & mattress’s weren’t comfortable maybe time for change, sofa wasn’t very nice to sit on in evenings, long mirror was broken,no wardrobe in bedroom with single beds,

Personally, I found the sofa too low and uncomfortable; there were 3 adults in our party, so it was good enough size. But if there was 4th person, they'd have to sit on a dining chair. A little more care with cleaning needed, wipe marks on oven, hob, and shower screen gave things a grubby look in my opinion.
