In the heart of the new forest

Location is excellent being in the centre of Fordingbridge, but situated off a quiet paved area away from noise and traffic. The house was clean and tidy and well equipped and warm (important in February). The bathrooms were clean and practical and the beds comfortable. The parking permit was very useful.

It took two days to locate the washing machine! We eventually discovered it in the under stairs cupboard behind mops and buckets! Needless to say, we didn't use it.

We have just returned from a lovely stay in Fordingbridge, the cottage is in a central position just off the high street, it was clean cosy and warm, and had good facilities, There is a parking permit supplied and the car park is almost directly behind the cottage, you can drop off your luggage before parking by passing the entrance to the car park gates then just pass the barbers and forge mews is on the right. Fordingbridge is lovely it has three pubs and a good selection of shops, it is ideal for visiting many interesting towns villages and cities, Salisbury Cathedral is worth a visit. Communication was good from the owner *****

All good although disappointed there was no iron or iron board, however we were only there 4 nights so managed,

EVERYTHING! The cottage is absolutely beautiful and lovely and clean, right in the middle of Fordingbridge which was perfect for our visit. The additional extras including TV with additional channels, parking permit for all over the New Forest and all of the cleaning products to help was just amazing. We have already booked for March and have friends booked for May, absolutely wonderful property.

No written instructions, had to message to get the key code. Was told the instructions had beef sent through booking.com. No heat, no tea, coffee, shampoo. No booklet explaining anything about the stay. The stay was over Christmas so very cold. Very basic.

Only one towel provided for 3 guests! Cleaning products left out.

Lovely property in a perfect location for our trip. Host was really friendly and helpful when i had questions. Also called me as we had left a charger, so I was able to pop back and collect.

Nothing really. Guess it was a little cold when we got in, but warmed up quickly once we put the heating on
