In the heart of the new forest

Lovely stay, great location.

The only complaint I have was, the water didn't drain properly in the bath when having a shower. It built up so you were standing in dirty water which isn't very pleasant, apart from that very nice.

Warm accommodation and very central to centre of village. Bed was comfortable. Handy to have a parking permit for car park and thanks to a guest review previously, was able to pull up.outside house to unload car.

Had to contact owner to get key code even though we were told it would be sent to us. Bathroom plug got stuck so we couldn't use sink and even though we told owner straight away, communication was very slow. Luckily we had another sink downstairs to use. No teaspoons to use and no hand towels provided. The bath towels were damp, were clean but not dried properly. The property lacked that attention to detail which I suppose is reflected in the price.

It's a great location, walking distance to everything we needed and close to family. It's a sweet little house with enough utensils for simple dining. There is a car park really close but it's not private to the property although we were able to use a disabled bay without any issues. There was plenty of hot water.

We had to ask for the key safe code, despite being told it would be sent once the morning clean was completed. We waited in a cafe on arrival as I couldn't get a phone signal near the house. We found the sofa very uncomfortable and I ended up sitting on a dining chair instead. Some coat hooks by the door would be useful. It poured with rain during our stay and the only option for wet coats is on the sofa or the carpet.

Great Location - very easy with the car park right next to it

Cheap air freshers ( is so much worse than no air freshers) and could really do with a new blanket on the sofa and new bedsheets not bobbly old ones
