"Very disappointing experience for a brand like Hampton Inn."

It was a nice breakfast.

It was an hour late being ready causing me to be late for my event. The bathroom had mold around the tub. The mattress was old and very loud when someone moved. An outrageous price for a less than mediocre room and very poor service.

After Hampton Inn could not take the payment for my stay as Booking.com payment was withheld. I was luck the staff member Teresa, who was very professional, helpful and friendly during my whole stay. Managed to give me a room that I had to pay for again.

How friendly and helpful were all the staff., true southern hospitality.
