Hampton Inn Bellevue/Nashville I-40 West

Upon checking in they told me that my reservation from Booking.com had been canceled but that could still give me the same rate. Neither was true, so not only was I charged twice, what they charged me onsite was $100 more than I had paid on booking.com

Convenient location

Close to I-40 but didn’t hear the road noise

Breakfast was the same every day and some stuff didn’t work

Just off the interstate, about 5 miles away from the northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway. We biked the NTP to Natchez and were allowed to leave our car there while we did so - very accommodating!! Breakfast was good, too.

The manager, he was very professional in assisting me.

I was charged by the hotel when I already paid, because they claimed booking did not pay them

Asked for handicap room but was not close to handicap! The tub had no seating or rails to hold on to or maneuver! Had called when booking and explained problems day or two earlier! So dissatisfied!

Having called before and assured. my problem was addressed and drove about 125 miles and got this mess. Will never use your brand again!
