Sandsifter at 4 Trencrom Court, Carbis Bay,St Ives, Cornwall

Lovely property spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for the beach at Carbis Bay and for walking the coastal path to St Ives one way and lelant the other. We walked, used the St Ives branch line train and local bus (as it’s a very steep hill back up from Carbis Bay beach) It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we had great food at La Casita and The Gannet and recommend both.

The outside seating area could be made more attractive but we found it fine for sitting outside for a quick drink in the sunshine

checking in could not have ben easier ... park right outside the apartment door and the keys were waiting for us

Beautiful apartment, great decor and very comfortable with everything we needed. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided which was a lovely little touch. Great location with parking space. Easy to access St ives, Penzance, Mousehole and Newquay. Thank you , we would definitely recommend it.

It was gorgeous, large & well equipped. Bathroom & kitchen were gorgeous, definitely had a woman’s touch with the decor & lamps

The property was clean, well equipped, added extras that you wouldn’t expect, bottles of water, milk etc left for us on arrival, comfortable, spacious, very clean and felt very homely, there’s nothing we didn’t enjoy about the property, parking available, close to a shop, restaurants, a short walk to carbis bay beach

Everything about this apartment was first class.

Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, geräumige, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Hof zum draußen sitzen.

The property is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean with high standard of finish throughout. The bed is really comfortable, lovely power shower etc and easy to find. If you’re unable to get around there are bus stops almost right outside going into St Ives. There is a lovely fish and chop shop quite close by and the lovely La Casita next door.,

My only criticism is the outdoor area to Flat 4, maybe the area could be made a little more private so guests could enjoy sitting outside to relax or eat. Maybe a wicker sofa and a mural of the beach painted on the grey cabin. Just a suggestion
