iThe unit was clean.

There was no bread knife to cut bread, only a broken one. The use of an extention cord with single plug for kitchen appliances was annoying allowing you to only use one at a time. Two pin plug adaptors are needed for charging phones. There were none in the unit.

All through the process of booking the apartment to any questions during our stay was dealt with such a professional and extremely friendly way. I can not fault anything about the property or the customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and the host.

Leaving

The location is just perfect. Apartment is specious and located at the ground floor so easily accessible. Fairly well equipped and very comfortable. It was a short trip but we had a wonderful time. Any questions we had were answered immediately! Thank you!

The bathroom was spoteless clean same goes for bedding and towels. Location is excellent.

The apartment is older than it looks in the photos. Matresses are not great and need some upgrade. This carpet all over the place looks dirty in most parts. Same goes for the sofa. Compared to other places we rate it below average. There is noise from the street but thats inherent with the place I guess.

Great location on the Royal Mile, plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby including Brewdog, less than a minute walk away! The apartment was nice and clean and cosy. We would recommend this to our family and friends.

The key was faulty, every time we entered the apartment it needed some wiggling to unlock but we got the hang of it quickly! The owner was very helpful.
