2 BR Royal Mile Apartment

La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. El apartamento en general es bastante acogedor.

La entrada por la escalera estaba muy vieja y sucia con telarañas en los escalones. El apartamento necesita un poco de limpieza más profunda y mantenimiento. Y ser planta baja limita mucho poder tener las ventanas sin las cortinas echadas porque se veía todo

Excellent location for city centre, close to Waverley Station and small grocery shop. Comfortable, clean apartment very well equipped. Good communication from agent.

Only 3 dining chairs for 4 of us, but agent has taken on board.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the Royal mile.

The WiFi disconected every 5 minutes, couldn't stream anything all day and evening. For the price of the apartment I would of expected the wifi to at least work. Also tea and coffee was provided but no milk so couldn't even make a coffee in the morning. Again, for the price of the apartment I would of expected long life packet milk, you wouldn't buy a car with no wheels would you. Lastly the front door lock the apartment is practically bust, it took over 10 minutes to get into the apartment as you had to wiggle the key like a burglar and get it just right for the lock to turn. This caused unnecessary stress as every time I left the appartment it was uncertain if I could get back in again. Other than the WiFi, lock, and coffee the appartment is in a great location for all the main attractions and the bedrooms where both good sizes and the vibe was cosy. If you are coming for work reasons and have to use your laptop you can forget about getting anything done as the wifi does not work at all.

Great location! It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Everything was clean and comfortable. Owners were good to deal with. Very responsive.

Not really a complaint just an observation. The bathroom is a little dated and could use a facelift. One of us had a cooler shower but once we figured out how the hot water worked everything was fine.

Location great, beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was big and warm

Toilet seat was extremely loose and you had to be careful when sitting on it, curtain pole in front bedroom does seem sturdy, curtains only just fit in bedrooms, lampshade in front bedroom very lose and moves when trying to turn light on and off, one dining chair the seat is lose, false wall in rear bedroom which is not secure and moves, moves enough to think it may come down!! Cobwebs on light fittings, tie back in kitchen falls out as not fixed in, I temporarily fixed it in by wrapping some clingfilm around the screw. Generally some things are of very cheap quality and this does not reflect the price you pay, I paid over £1000 for 3 nights and I expected a touch of quality and class. No welcome pack in the apartment, the windows were absolutely filthy, also the carbon monoxide detector was on the mantelpiece/radiator cover with the three batteries loose on the side!

location, easy to reach from station and near to Royal Mile

The location was very convenient to cafes, the Royal Mile, and the train station. The apartment has llots of day light, curtains to close at night, and space to spread out.

The shower was hard to manage. The tub is narrow and the hand held shower head would not stay in it’s holder. The protector wall to keep the water in is only a half wall and the water still gets out at the bottom of it. Baths are okay if that works for you but showers not so simple.

Good location and very nice apartment.

The hairdyer didn't work, otherwise perfect place to stay.
