Была парковочное место близко к дому. Теплый пол, было тепло дома. Была на кухне посуда , тарелки, стаканы, кастрюля, сковорода, ковшик, столовые приборы. Чтоб было понимание о квартире, вот пример В коридоре повешены сертификаты, так не шурупы в стену вкруитили, а прям картину через оргстекло прошурупили в стену. Есть ощущение, что у владельца несколько объектов, и что в других квартирах уже надо было выкинуть , то притащили сюда в эту квартиру. То есть жить можно, но не очень приятно.

Зал: Диван был в пятнах, на окне в зале нет шторы,(солнце будило, и нормально тв не видно из за этого было).Стулья тканевые с пятнами. Ванна: кран в ванной был очень старый, с налетом и ржавчиной , в душевой была забита канализация и вода почти не сливалась, надо было быстро мыться, чтоб не вылилась вода за бортик. В спальной комнате была пыль на тумбочках. Но постельное чистое вроде как было. Кухня : чайник не выключается, надо было из розетки ег выключать. Морозилка много во льду,плохо открывалась.
