"Beautiful stay, and very conveniently located to everything."

The door code was given prior to checkin.

The master bathroom needs windows coverings, (blinds, verticals, curtains etc). And the den(4th bedroom) could use some also. Other than that the home is beautiful and very accommodating.

"This home was a perfect hub and gathering spot for our son’s graduation weekend."

Close to campus and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group. Good kitchen facilities. Management quickly responded to questions and concerns.

Master bathroom shower had terrible pressure and the toilet wasn’t secured to floor. Driveway dipped at bottom, causing our bumper to scrape the driveway as we slowly pulled out. Kitchen needs a basic measuring cup and spoons.

A great location, well equipped kitchen, and good space for our big family. We had a great time visiting our home town.

Gainesville in July is super hot. I forgot how the humidity can wrap around you like a blanket.

"Great house for UF graduation"

Very nice area. Property had lots of trees and shade, private.

The 4th bedroom was the sunroom, not very private and the futon was small.
