Very small attention to detail issues - Not a good selection of glasses, coffee pods didn’t match the machine, throws and decorative cushions need replacing, no plastic cups, plates etc. for children

It was no clean lots of dust, the floors were not clean and the shower was a victim of mold

Raised an issue as felt if those in the property did not highlight a problem, then owners would not know. Whilst management company responded immediately, we were offered maintenance to come the same days which we declined and arranged for following morning, I requested before 10am, was the told cannot guarantee a time, and if we were not i we would be charged £60 ! This was mot my problem, agreed to leave keys in key box, they did turn up !! Not the service the owners would be expecting i assume!

It would be helpful to have a mirror in the twin bedroom. My mam also commented that she would rather have wardrobes than drawers, so a few more hanging places would be ideal. These are very minor and wouldn’t bother most people.
