GBA good attempt at an attractive apartment let down by poor maintenance.
Broken dishwasher with “Do not use” sign and no notice of when it might be fixed. Missing and broken blinds, wallpaper peeling off the walls and incompatible coffee pods left for the type of machine offered. Nothing outrageous but all frustrating and signs of lack of care for guests. Finally, advert for the property states there’s parking. I feel duped as there’s no parking at the property but pay and display parking (only?) 50yds an away but at extra cost.

GBBeds were comfortable, it was great having TVs in every room for a family. Enjoyed that there is a bath and a shower. Floors, surfaces, beds clean. Location was fantastic. Beautiful size and well decorated space.
The plumbing is very noisy, there is no parking at all which is advertised, the coffee pods supplied do not fit the coffee machine. The other guests kept not locking the main door from the street - maybe clearer instructions required for some guests. There were drawers with previous guests hair bobbles and new clothes tags in as well. All relatively small things but stops it being a 10. It is ready for a full deep clean to dust lamps etc ;some furnishings are ready for replacement or repaint too.
GBFantastic apartment in a great location. Everything modern and clean. Quick responses to queries that we had. Very well equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, microwave and large selection of cutlery and crockery.
Only a very minor issue . We couldn't find any oven gloves which made getting a hot dish out of the over with the tea towel tricky so maybe this would be a useful addition.
GBLocation was excellent. Very central to explore Whitby
Little bit misled by the posting in booking saying parking ( this was one of my criteria) I think public parking would be more accurate
